Back up in our ‘home away from home’ Aberdeen! A good first day of the 2 day meet.
Mia T & Lily had their first swim in a long course pool. Charlotte is todays VIP - in 200Bk and a fantastic new Free PB of 1:05.52. This new time gets Charlotte in to tonight’s final, and is also a SNAGS consideration time!
Another strong 100 Free from Charlotte this evening!
Going 1:05.24 she takes Midland Silver and 6th place overall in the 16/17 year category!
Day 2 saw our 9 swimmers back in the water at Aberdeen Sports Village. Some strong and steady swimming produced personal best times in events ranging from 50Bk to 400Fr!
2 bronze medals for Charlotte today, over 200IM & 400Free.

Hayden finished 9th overall in 100Fr and returns for tonight’s final.
Swim of the day goes to Matthew! Mash has been steadily improving his 100m Fly time, gaining a SNAGS consideration time last month. Today, he smashed that time yet again and got a well-earned SNAGS QUALIFICATION time of 1.12.24!!!

Fr final. Another solid performance and more LC experience rounds off a good weekend in Aberdeen. Next time we visit it will be for the Scottish National Age Groups!!!!
