April brought one of the biggest events in the swimming sporting calendar, with five of our swimmers securing their spots at Aberdeen Sports Village. Qualifying for SNAGs was no mean feat, with tough entry times set across all the age groups. First up were our age 11–13 4x100m freestyle girls relay team, made up of Emma, Iona, Lucy J and Niamh, who swam on Sunday 5 April. Mia T swam the 50m freestyle on Monday 6 April, with Lucy J swimming the 100m breaststroke on the final

It was a fantastic effort from all on Sunday for the first round of the District Leagues. We managed to finish 2nd in Division 2, which was incredibly competitive and hard-fought. The biggest highlight though was seeing some of our youngest athletes get the opportunity to race alongside their older and more experienced teammates. No matter the age or size they still cheered and supported each other through out. Thank you to SASA Midland District for organising and we look for
