Emily flying the flag for the Otters at the British Championships competing in the 50m Fly at the Ponds Forge in Sheffield. The Forge is a special venue for many swimmers, so to train this afternoon and to race tomorrow morning (6th April) was high on Emily’s ‘Swimming To-Do List’!
50m Fly at 09:40, first heat, lane 4 and swimming in the race immediately after Adam Peaty is just a brilliant experience for Emily and phenomenal achievement to make it to this level of competition.
